Customers can apply for return service within 60 days after receiving goods on umbraussale. Qualified returned products need to keep original appearance, intact packaging and complete accessories without man-made damage.
After we receive and inspect returned items and confirm compliance with return rules, the refund procedure will be initiated immediately. Normally, funds will be returned to original payment account within 5 to 10 working days.
All refund settlements on umbraussale are calculated in US dollar. Once refund is successfully completed, the transaction will be closed formally. Any abnormal return situation will be negotiated and handled by customer service staff.
